Stephen R. Denton
President, LinkShare Corporation
Stephen is responsible for all client facing operations of LinkShare including sales, merchant services, affiliate development, search and marketing. Stephen joined LinkShare in 2000 and served most recently as Senior Vice President of Client Development and Distribution Services. At LinkShare, Stephen has been responsible for significantly growing LinkShare's client base. Prior to joining LinkShare, Stephen served as Managing Director of Sales for the New York/New Jersey region of FedEx Corporate Services. During his tenure, the region won sales region of the year in 1999, among other awards. Stephen's career in sales management has included leadership positions at The Times-Mirror Company and PepsiCo. Denton holds a BS, cum laude, from Shepherd University, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute from Duquesne University. |

Liane Dietrich

Liane is the Vice President, Merchant Services for LinkShare Corporation where she leads the growth and development of the company's merchant client base. Her organization provides both Account Management Services and full outsourced solutions through the Client Services offerings. With a strong background in product management, Six Sigma quality, e-commerce and corporate finance, Liane is able to lead her team in providing innovative and cost-effective solutions for LinkShare's clients. She joined LinkShare in 2003 in the Shared Services Division and was promoted to her current position in 2005. Prior to joining LinkShare, Liane spent over nine years at General Electric Company in a variety of management positions with increasing responsibilities, most recently as GE Financial Marketing Product Manager. Liane is a Six Sigma Quality Master Black Belt, a speaker at industry events, has a business process patent and received a BS in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.

As the Chief Operating and Technical Officer for Keycode.com since it's inception in early 2000, Ron has helped create and expand KeyCode's current business enterprises. Ron's primary responsibilities include optimizing the sales and profitability of the KeyCode network through improved merchant relations, and using all of the tools and features available through the affiliate networks and merchant programs. While continuing to focus on expanding KeyCode's online affiliate programs, Ron is now actively involved in developing Keycode's newest online venture, an innovative blend of online video reviews and community-based affiliate marketing.

Karen Snyder

As director of marketing for Incentive Networks, Karen is responsible for establishing and maintaining more than 1500 domestic and international merchant relationships. Karen was part of the founding team of business development professionals that managed the Schoolpop.com ecommerce relationships in 1999. She was personally responsible for millions of dollars in revenue for participating merchants. Prior to Schoolpop, Karen was manager of partner and channel programs at Exodus Communications, a web hosting provider, where her efforts grew business with major accounts including Microsoft, Sun Microsystems and Cisco Systems. Karen began her online career at Beyond.com, an online software store, where she defined and repositioned Beyond.com' affiliate program to recruit new affiliates and negotiated exclusive agreements with key accounts.

He has a BA in History from the University at Buffalo, and will be completing his MS in Internet Technology for E-Commerce at Pace University in New York City this May.
