As of September, LinkShare pays publishers four times per month now, rather than the previous two times per month.
By moving to a weekly payment schedule, we are working to help reduce publishers’ wait time to receive commissions and effectively double the number of pay days.
Our goal is to give publishers an incentive to promote our advertisers more aggressively throughout Q4. Publishers look for advertisers that pay their commission in a timely manner. LinkShare’s new payment initiative is a great way to attract new publishers and optimize your current relationships without additional costs.
Below are some suggestions on how you can more effectively process your monthly LinkShare publisher invoices:
- Submit your publisher invoice within days of its availability. By reviewing and submitting your publisher payments immediately, you’ll generate your publisher invoice faster.
- Pay your publisher invoice as soon as possible. Once you have your LinkShare publisher invoice, begin the payment process with your accounting team. Remember, faster payments to LinkShare mean faster payments to your publishers! (Remember, if you pay your invoices by the end of the month, Affiliate Payment fees will be waived – saving you money!)
- Pay your invoices through ACH (direct deposit) or wire transfer. Paying LinkShare via ACH or wire transfer can reduce your payment cycle by 6 to 10 business days.
