A key factor in building good working relationships with your affiliate partners is making timely payments. So we just wanted to take a moment to explain these for you. Please review the following policies and procedures to help insure prompt payment to both LinkShare and your affiliates.

There are two invoices that are generated each month (between 1st – 5th of the month) and posted in the merchant interface. New invoices posted are for the previous month's activity and are based on the date the transaction was sent to and processed by LinkShare.

1. LINKSHARE INVOICE - a summary of your LinkShare service fees. This invoice is sent directly to your Billing Contact.

2. AFFILIATE STATEMENT - a summary of your affiliate commission payments. The person who manages the affiliate program needs to action this each month.

PROCESSING YOUR AFFILIATE STATEMENT

• In the Accounts section of the Merchant Interface you can access the 'Affiliate Payments' screen where your current Affiliate Commission invoice is displayed.
• Use the current online invoice to make any adjustments necessary – approve, hold, deny or adjust each affiliate payment.
• Invoices cannot be reopened once submitted, so please make sure everything is correct before clicking Submit.
• Once you've submitted the invoice you will see a link at the top that reads "Print my affiliate commission Statement for your Accounting Department (Download PDF)".
• Download the invoice and send to your Accounts Payable department per your internal procedures.

Please make sure that LinkShare has the correct contact details for your accounts / finance department.
