It is very important to remember to keep your LinkShare profile up to date, as it is the area that contains the contact information for LinkShare and your publishers. There are system generated emails that are sent to the marketing, technical and billing contacts listed in this profile. Anytime there are personnel changes, you will want to make sure to review this area and make any necessary updates.
Only the person with the administrative login has access to this section for security reasons. If you are the user with administrative access to your LinkShare advertiser account, please keep your administrative username/password confidential. If you do not know if you have an administrative login, check to see if you have access to the Update Profile link in the My Account section of the interface. Only administrators can access this area.
Instructions:
1) Click on the Update Profile link under the Account section of the Advertiser Interface
2) There are 4 sections to be completed in your profile. Use the Channel Manager tree on the left side of the page to click into each of the four pages.
3) Review all sections to confirm that they are up to date and complete.
TIP: You may want to have your Billing Contact section set to send emails to your day-to-day program manager, as this is where emails from LinkShare regarding new invoices being posted to your account will be sent to.
