LinkShare has just launched a comprehensive Advertiser Help Center that we hope will make it even easier for you to find the answers to your LinkShare-related questions. You can find this new Help Center in the top right corner on the Advertiser Interface Homepage, where the User Manual used to be located.

The new Advertiser Help Center will allow you to search for specific topics, or browse up articles through a series of organized folders. On the right hand side of the homepage there is an area that highlights the Most Popular Articles, making it easy to find answers to frequently asked questions. There is also an area of Featured Articles, which LinkShare will keep up to date with relevant articles that you might find helpful.

Once you have found the article you are looking for, you will notice that there are words highlighted in green and blue. The green words are glossary terms, and if you click on them the definition of that term will pop up. The blue phrases are hyperlinks that will direct you to another article in the Help Center on the highlighted topic.

On the right-hand side of each article page you will see options to print or email the article, add it to a list of favorites, or export it to a PDF file. Below that you will find a box where you can rate the article as either Helpful or Not Helpful, which will be valuable information to us as we continue to update the Help Center.

We hope that you will be pleased with the new Advertiser Help Center’s layout, functionality, and depth. We will frequently be updating pages, adding articles, and including helpful documents as we continue to build out this resource.
