Merchant Questions - Go to Your Account tab, select the merchant from the dropdown menu and get the merchant's contact information.

Transaction Inquiries - Go to the Run Reports tab, select Transaction Inquiries, and then choose one of the following:

• Transaction Search - click here to search for a specific order referred by your account.
• Transaction Inquiry Log - click here to view a history of all transaction inquiries you have submitted.
• Submit Transaction Inquiry - click here to submit an inquiry for a transaction not reflected in your reports.
