Affiliate Request for Merchandiser Participation Form

Merchandiser is a program developed to facilitate the distribution and updating of individual product links for affiliates who rely on updated product information. You must already have a LinkShare affiliate account in order to participate. If you are interested in participating in Merchandiser, please complete the below questions, and click on the "Submit" button. We will respond to your request within 7 business days.

If your request is approved, we will send you the full implementation guidelines, as well as an invoice for the Merchandiser set-up charges of $250, if applicable*.

* There is no set up fee if you meet the following criteria:

You have been active in the Network for at least 3 months, AND
You have generated at least 50 orders in the most recent calendar month

Once approved, if you generate less than 50 orders in any given month, LinkShare reserves the right to charge a one-time maintenance fee of $250 or discontinue access to the Merchandiser product.
