Senior Account Manager, Top Tier Clients (Chicago & NYC)

Summary Description:
Under the direction of the Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact at LinkShare for our top 100+ clients. This person will directly manage 1-2 LinkShare Program Managers and will have ultimate responsibility for day-to-day management of their client programs/portfolio. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the client team to set program strategy, obtain necessary client approvals, and ensure that all client requirements and business goals are well defined and achieved. The Senior Account Manager will also ensure that all client requests or needs are addressed in a timely manner. The Senior Account Manager has ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and the achievement of client and LinkShare revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage 1-2 Account Managers responsible for day-to-day management and execution of client programs
  • Build strong client relationships at all levels of client organization to ensure positive overall perception of LinkShare
  • Manage client relationship and serve as primary client interface to organization; obtain and manage necessary client inputs and approvals.
  • Upsell clients on additional products or services
  • Own revenue forecasting process for portfolio of clients (w/ Analyst support)

Program Manager (Chicago & NYC)
Summary Description:
The Account Manager will directly support (and report to) the Senior Account Manager by managing the day-to-day aspects of program execution. Specifically, the Account Manager will oversee all program implementation by developing and tracking the client project plans and coordinating all activities with the direct account team and other LinkShare inter-departmental and cross-functional resources (Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, etc.). Summary Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Distribution Services, the Sales Manager will be accountable for selling the LinkShare Network and its performance based advertising opportunities to new online distribution partners. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and cultivating leads for high potential distribution partners, convincing them to join the LinkShare Network, negotiating our partner agreement, and helping them develop initial LinkShare merchant partnerships. Application Systems Analyst

Summary Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Technology for System Development, the Application Systems Analyst is responsible for both new/migratory application system design and development in Java Servlets, JSP, and Java backend applications, as well as legacy application system development and maintenance in PHP and Perl.

The application systems of LinkShare include a web-based client login interface, transaction processing systems, invoicing and payment systems, a corporate web site, ad serving and tracking, mass e-mail systems, as well as several backend and other OLTP systems. Oracle is the current RDBMS used for these systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Summary Description:

Under the direction of the DBA Manager, the Database Administrator (OLTP) is responsible for managing the installation, configuration, updates, maintenance, backup, recovery, tuning, monitoring, security, and testing of LinkShare's Oracle and MySQL OLTP database servers.

The System Administrator (UNIX) is responsible for LinkShare's computers that utilize the UNIX platforms which include Linux and Solaris. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: installation, configuration, maintenance, and trouble-shooting UNIX systems. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Associate is responsible for providing proactive employee services to the LinkShare population. Summary Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Distribution Services, the Partner Sales Manager will be accountable for selling the LinkShare Network and its performance based advertising opportunities to new online distribution partners in the UK market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and cultivating leads for high potential distribution partners, convincing them to join the LinkShare Network, negotiating our partner agreement, and helping them develop initial LinkShare merchant partnerships.
