  • When and where is LinkShare Symposium West 2012?
    LinkShare Symposium West will be hosted January 17-19 at Intercontinental  in San Francisco

  • How much does it cost to attend the LinkShare Symposium conference?
    LinkShare Symposium passes are available for $545 each. We are offering a $100 early bird discount for those attendees that register by November 30th. After that date, the full registration rate applies. Register Here.

  • What does my registration fee include?
  • Registration includes the welcome reception on January 17th, full day access on January 18th including the keynotes, DealMaker, meals, and extensive networking opportunities at the conference. In addition this registration includes the option to plan meetings at the InterContinental on January 19th at Last Call and participate in our discussion forum.

     Note: Attendance at the After Party in the evening on January 18th is not included in the regular registration fee. 

  • Does my Symposium registration include attendance at the Symposium West After Party?
    Symposium passes do not include access to the After Party. Passes for this special event are available during online registration for $125. All Symposium attendees are eligible to reserve a spot on a space available basis.
  • I'm a LinkShare Advertiser - how do I find out how to register?
    LinkShare Advertiser clients have the opportunity to redeem one complimentary Symposium attendee pass before November 30th as part of their exclusive partnership with LinkShare. This special pass applies to the Symposium conference only and does not include access to the Symposium After Party. Passes are non-transferable. Contact your LinkShare Representative or events@linkshare.com for guidelines about redeeming this pass.
  • Why am I having trouble registering online?
    Admission is limited to LinkShare clients, partners and invited guests. To confirm your invitation status, we ask that verify your name and e-mail. Sometimes, however, our records are not up-to-date and we may not have your current information on record. If you received an invitation and experience difficulty registering, please contact events@linkshare.com so we may update your information in our system.
  • How can I invite my colleague or partner to LinkShare Symposium West?
    If you think there is an executive in your company or a valued partner who would benefit from attending the event, please send their name and contact information to events@linkshare.com.
  • How do I know my LinkShare Symposium West 2012 registration is confirmed?
    Online registration is required for all LinkShare Symposium attendees, as well as any attendee planning to attend surrounding special events. Upon completing your online registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your online registration, please email events@linkshare.com.
  • What is the registration cancellation policy?
    Cancellations for all LinkShare Symposium West 2012 events must be submitted in writing prior to January 6th. Refunds are not available after January 6th.  No-shows are subject to the full registration payment. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to events@linkshare.com.
  • How do I obtain more information about sponsorships?

  • How do I obtain a press pass?

  • What time should I arrive at the LinkShare Symposium West?
    The welcome reception begins on January 17th at 6pm. The main day is January 18th which begins at 8am when breakfast is available. 
  • What is the conference dress code?
    Dress for Advisory and Symposium events is business casual.
  • Which San Francisco hotel should I stay at during Symposium?
    LinkShare has reserved rooms at Intercontinental exclusively for Symposium attendees! A discounted rate of $259/night will be available until January 3, 2012 or until sold out. Limited rooms are available, and attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. We strongly encourage you to make arrangements early. Rooms always sell out!
