- When and where is LinkShare Symposium West 2010?

- How much does it cost to attend the LinkShare Symposium West conference?
LinkShare Symposium passes are available for $495 each. We are offering a $100 early bird discount for those attendees that register by Tuesday, December 15, 2009. After that date, the full registration rate applies.
- What does my registration fee include?
The registration fee includes a Welcome Reception on the evening of Wednesday, January 27 and the following on Thursday, January 28: an attendee welcome kit; continental breakfast during morning registration; access to morning keynote speakers; luncheon, entry into the gift prize drawings; and extensive networking with partners and peers during receptions, hallway breaks, private meetings, and LinkShare DealMaker. Attendance to the After Party is not included in standard registration, tickets to this special event may be purchased separately.
- Does my Symposium registration include attendance at the Symposium West After Party?
Symposium passes do not include access to the After Party. Passes for this special event are available during online registration for $75. All Symposium attendees are eligible to reserve a spot on a space available basis.
- I'm a LinkShare Advertiser - how do I find out how to register?
LinkShare Advertiser clients have the opportunity to redeem one complimentary Symposium attendee pass before December 15 as part of their exclusive partnership with LinkShare. This special pass applies to the Symposium conference only and does not include access to the Symposium After Party. Passes are non-transferable. Contact your LinkShare Representative or events@linkshare.com for guidelines about redeeming this pass.
- I'm a LinkShare Platinum Publisher - how do I find out how to register?
LinkShare Platinum Publisher clients have the opportunity to redeem one complimentary Symposium attendee pass before December 15 as part of their exclusive partnership with LinkShare. This special pass applies to the Symposium conference only and does not include access to the Symposium After Party. Passes are non-transferable. Contact your LinkShare Representative or events@linkshare.com for guidelines about redeeming this pass.
- How do I register for LinkShare Symposium West?
Event registration will be available online starting Monday, October 5, 2009.
- Why am I having trouble registering online?
Admission is limited to LinkShare clients, partners and invited guests. To confirm your invitation status, we ask that verify your name and email. Sometimes, however, our records are not up-to-date and we may not have your current information on record. If you received an invitation and experience difficulty registering, please contact events@linkshare.com so we may update your information in our system.
- How can I invite my colleague or partner to LinkShare Symposium West?
If you think there is an executive in your company or a valued partner who would benefit from attending the event, please send their name and contact information to events@linkshare.com.
- How do I know my LinkShare Symposium West 2010 registration is confirmed?
Online registration is required for all LinkShare Symposium attendees, as well as any attendee planning to attend surrounding special events. Upon completing your online registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your online registration, please email events@linkshare.com.
- What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations for all LinkShare Symposium West 2010 events must be submitted in writing prior to Thursday, December 31, 2009. Refunds are not available after January 1, 2010. No-shows are subject to the full registration payment. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to events@linkshare.com.
- How do I obtain more information about sponsorships?

- How do I obtain a press pass?

- What time should I arrive at the LinkShare Symposium West?
General attendee registration opens at 8:00am.
- What is the conference dress code?
Dress for Advisory and Symposium events is business casual.
- Which hotel should I stay at during Symposium West?
LinkShare has reserved rooms at the Palace Hotel exclusively for Symposium attendees! A discounted rate will be available until January 5 or until sold out. Limited rooms are available, and attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. We strongly encourage you to make arrangements early. Rooms always sell out early!
