• When and where is LinkShare Symposium 2008?
  LinkShare Symposium events will be hosted June 23-24 at the The Plaza and Chelsea Piers in New York City. Advisory Board meetings will be held at the LinkShare offices, located above 215 Park Avenue South, between 17th and 18th Strees. The Golden Link Awards will be at The Plaza, and the LinkShare Symposium will be hosted at Chelsea Piers, in Pier Sixty and the Lighthouse. Visit our travel section for details.

• How much does it cost to attend the LinkShare Symposium conference?
  LinkShare Symposium passes are available for $495 each. We are offering a $100 early bird discount for those attendees that register by Thursday, May 15, 2008. After that date, the full registration rate applies.
  

• What does my registration fee include?
  The registration fee includes the following on Tuesday, June 24: an attendee welcome kit; continental breakfast during morning registration; access to keynote, morning, and afternoon speakers; luncheon and cocktail receptions; entry into the gift prize drawings; and extensive networking with partners and peers during receptions, hallway breaks, private meetings, and LinkShare DealMaker. Attendance to the Awards on June 23 and the Party on June 24 is not included in standar registration, and tickets to these special events may be purchased separately.
  

• Does my Symposium registration include attendance at the Symposium Party?
  Symposium passes do not include access to the After Party. Passes for this special event are available during online registration for $75. All Symposium attendees are eligible to reserve a spot on a space available basis.
  

• I'm a LinkShare Advertiser - how do I find out how to register?
  LinkShare Advertiser clients have the opportunity to redeem one complimentary Symposium attendee pass before May 15 as part of their exclusive partnership with LinkShare. This special pass applies to the Symposium conference only and does not include access to the Symposium Party. Passes may not be used toward Golden Link and/or training tickets. Passes are non-transferable. Contact your LinkShare Representative or events@linkshare.com for guidelines about redeeming this pass.
  

• How do I register for LinkShare Symposium?
  Event registration will be available online starting Thursday, April 3, 2008.
  

• Why am I having trouble registering online?
  Admission is limited to LinkShare clients, partners and invited guests. To confirm your invitation status, we ask that verify your name and email. Sometimes, however, our records are not up-to-date and we may not have your current information on record. If you received an invitation and experience difficulty registering, please contact events@linkshare.com so we may update your information in our system.
  

• How can I invite my colleague or partner to LinkShare Symposium?
  If you think there is an executive in your company or a valued partner who would benefit from attending the event, please send their name and contact information to events@linkshare.com.
  

• How much does it cost to attend the Golden Link Awards?
  Individual tickets are available for $350 each and private tables of ten for $3,500. Attendance at this special event is exclusive to LinkShare clients and capacity is limited.
  

• What does my Golden Link Awards ticket include?
  Tickets include the following on Monday, June 23: cocktail and formal dinner receptions; awards show hosted by our celebrity guest; and high-level networking with partners and peers throughout the evening.
  

• How do I purchase Golden Link Awards tickets?
  LinkShare advertisers and publishers may purchase individual tickets during online registration. Click here to find out how you can reserve a private table.
  

• How do I know my LinkShare Symposium 2008 registration is confirmed?
  Online registration is required for all LinkShare Symposium attendees, as well as any attendee planning to attend surrounding special events. Upon completing your online registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your online registration, please email events@linkshare.com.
  

• What is the registration cancellation policy?
  Cancellations for all LinkShare Symposium 2008 events must be submitted in writing prior to Thursday, June 5, 2008. Refunds are not available after June 5, 2008. No-shows are subject to the full registration payment. Name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. All cancellation or name change requests must be submitted via email to events@linkshare.com.
  

• How do I obtain more information about sponsorships?

• How do I obtain a press pass?
  To inquire about a press pass, please contact us at events@linkshare.com.
  

• What time should I arrive at the LinkShare Symposium?
  Event registration opens at 7:30am for event sponsors participating in LinkShare DealMaker. General attendee registration opens at 8:00am.
  

• What is the conference dress code?
  Dress for Advisory and Symposium events is business casual. The Golden Link Awards is formal attire, black-tie optional.
  

• Which NYC hotel should I stay at during Symposium?
  LinkShare has reserved rooms at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers exclusively for Symposium attendees! A discounted will be available until June, 1 or until sold out. Limited rooms are available, and attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. June is a very popular time of year to visit NY, and we strongly encourage you to make arrangements early. Rooms always sell out early! Click here for more information.
