How to Submit Your Nomination
We will be accepting nominations through May 28th. Send an email to developers@linkshare.com with the following information:

• Contact Information
• Company Information
• Site URL
• Description of how you're using LinkShare Web Services
• LinkShare account username
• Information on why you deserve to win the Technology Genius Award:
• The business objective of your site
• The technology and programming tools being used behind the scenes to power the application
• Results: this could be general feedback, or quantitative data (clicks, sales, conversion rate, etc.) and how this relates to your business objective

About LinkShare Web Services

LinkShare has several REST-based Web services that can be used to build web applications:

1. LinkLocator Direct I allows you to download a list of promotional ads, like banners with LinkLocator Direct II allows you to download a list of any of the ads available to link to a Web site.

2. LinkLocator Direct II allows you to download a list of any of the ads available to link to a Web site.

Contest Rules

• Eligibility: The LinkShare Developer Contest is open to all publishers that are in the LinkShare Network. The publishers must be in compliance with the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Membership Agreement with LinkShare and all other policies and procedures applicable to our company's use of the LinkShare Network.
• Winner Selection: Three finalists will be selected on or around June 2nd by LinkShare and provided a trip to New York for the LinkShare Symposium and Golden Link Awards June 23-24, 2008. The contest winner will be announced at the Golden Link Awards dinner on June 23, 2008. The winner will be chosen based on their innovative application of LinkShare Web Services and creative approach to marketing.
• Timing: Submit nominations between 4/21 and 5/28.
• Prizes: One Grand Prize - LinkShare Technology Genius Golden Link Award and flight to New York, two nights hotel stay and registration fees for the Golden Link Awards and the LinkShare Symposium June 23-24, 2008. Two Runner Up Prizes - flight to New York, two nights hotel stay and registration fees for the Golden Link Awards and the LinkShare Symposium June 23-24, 2008.
• Publicity: All finalists must agree to allow LinkShare to use your company's name (including your websites) in advertising material or otherwise in order to promote LinkShare.
