Reginald Rasch

Mr. Rasch is what you would call a "veteran" of the ecommerce industry, having worked as an in-house attorney at LinkShare for the past seven years. Mr. Rasch started as Director, Legal Affairs at LinkShare in 2000 and has worked his way up to LinkShare's General Counsel, managing all of LinkShare's legal affairs. He counsels LinkShare on a variety of matters, including ecommerce, intellectual property, marketing, employment, general contract and corporate transactional matters and is a member of LinkShare's executive committee. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and prior to joining LinkShare, served as a corporate associate at Warshaw Burstein and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP each in New York and Cummings & Lockwood in Connecticut. Mr. Rasch graduated from the State University of New York the College at New Paltz with a B.S. in Marketing and received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where he was an associate editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
