Program Description:

The LinkShare Leadership Development Program (LLDP) is a two-year rotational development program for innovative, high-potential, technical college graduates to gain real world experience at a global internet company. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated leadership and academic excellence. Participants will complete several rotational assignments designed to broaden their knowledge and provide hands-on experience. This is an incredible time to be part of an exciting, entrepreneurial organization focused on growth, innovation and product development! Start date is January and July 2010.

Rotational opportunities may include exposure to the following teams:

• Development
• Business Intelligence
• Quality Assurance
• Product Development
• System Administration and Management
• Software Technical Consulting

At the conclusion of the program, candidates are eligible for placement into full-time opportunities at LinkShare. Full-time placements are based on performance and business needs. This experience is designed to provide a solid understanding of the global interactive marketplace and a foundation for building a career with LinkShare.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics or related discipline
• Minimum 3.0 GPA Overall (on 4.0 scale)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Motivated performers who excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to be resourceful, creative, flexible, and the capability to professionally represent LinkShare
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HTML, Dreamweaver preferred
• Technology Internship at internet company/interactive agency a plus
