Summary Description:
The Campaign Analyst will focus on analyzing and maximizing performance of online lead generation campaigns and CPM/CPC media buys. This person will actively monitor the performance of campaigns and make recommendations to maximize success.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance of existing campaigns, creative, and offers vs. goals
- Monitor CPM/CPC media campaigns for performance vs. goals
- Monitor and analyze performance of various sources of campaign traffic including email, publishers, search, media buys, etc. Develop insights that will help campaign managers optimize campaign volume and profitability across various marketing channels.
- Generate and analyze reports detailing campaigns' performance
- Contribute to campaign performance by recognizing reasons for success and failure in a specific campaign or vertical.
- Analyze creative performance and develop insights that will optimize campaign conversion rates
- Analyze performance within verticals to identify vertical trends and best practices
Requirements:
- BA/BS (required): business, marketing, statistics or science degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience analyzing and optimizing online media campaigns. Experience in the online lead generation space a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Strong analytic skills required
- Organized with an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required as you will need to clearly explain findings and influence decisions

Distribution Account Manager (New York)
Summary Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Advertiser Services in the Lead Generation group, the Publisher Account Manager will have ultimate responsibility for promoting lead generation offers to high-potential publisher partners in the LinkShare network. This person will develop relationships with key partners in the network to grow their business through LinkShare.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective partner relationship management strategies and tactics.
- Act as a key player in growing the number and quality of high-producing publisher partners in the lead gen network
- Utilize effective phone/email outreach, relationship management, sales and negotiation skills to create new and optimize existing partnerships within and outside the Network
- Become an expert on a specific vertical or verticals in order to build out an active list of publisher partners for those verticals.
- Become an expert in the marketing needs and campaigns of advertisers of particular verticals.
- Work with Account Managers to identify appropriate lead generation Ensure the best performing creative and offers are set-up and activated as appropriate
- Know and understand the full capabilities of the LinkShare Synergy™ software and educate partners to use the tools available to them through the software.
- Utilize publisher partner identification software to prospect for new partners Ensure partner issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years account management experience.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis of marketing and sales results, including recommendations for strategic and/or tactical changes.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills.Strong computer skills and an understanding of the e-commerce space.
- Online industry experience a plus.Planning and project management skills – setting and meeting aggressive deadlines.

Media Buyer (Tampa)
Summary Description:
The Media Buyer will focus on securing and maximizing profits of CPA/CPC/CPM media buys for LinkShare advertisers. This person will identify and evaluate distribution opportunities and set up media campaigns with the goal of profitable lead generation and new customer acquisition for specific advertisers. The Media Buyer will actively monitor the performance of campaigns and make recommendations to maximize success.
Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, negotiate & purchase online distribution for lead generation campaigns on publisher websites, through email list brokers and on search engines.
- With support of Campaign Analyst, monitor media campaigns for performance vs. goals. Achieve volume, ROI and lead quality targets.
- Review & negotiate advertising agreements
- Take responsibility for campaign performance by recognizing reasons for success and failure in a specific campaign and modifying media plans accordingly.
- Ensure the best performing creative and offers are set-up and activated as appropriate
- Maintain relationships with online publishers
- Provide budget & spend reports

Summary Description:
The Publisher Development Manager will be accountable for selling the LinkShare Lead Advantage Network and its performance based advertising opportunities to new and existing online distribution partners. Responsible for generating and cultivating leads for high potential distribution partners, convincing them to join the LinkShare Lead Advantage Network, and helping them promote LinkShare’s lead generation offers.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed all sales targets
- Analyze markets for new business opportunities, generate leads and create new partnerships for the LinkShare Lead Advantage Network
- Negotiate legal agreements
- Assist new partners in the development of LinkShare advertiser campaigns
- Represent LinkShare at trade shows, seminars, and other industry events

Senior Account Manager (Chicago)
Summary Description:
Under the direction of the Vice President and Director of LinkShare's Lead Generation services team, the Senior Account Manager will serve as the strategic point of contact for LinkShare's top advertisers in the online lead generation space. This person will work with their cross-functional LinkShare account team to achieve business unit revenue and operating income goals and ensure client retention.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and ensure client retention
- Develop overall strategy for each client lead generation campaign, including offers, creative optimization, and online distribution strategies (publisher, search, media buying, email, etc.)
- Ensure client programs are achieving revenue and profitability goals
- Work with cross-functional team to ensure timely and quality execution of online advertising strategies and tactics
- Work with Analyst to understand campaign trends and growth opportunities. Use analysis to develop effective strategies that will increase lead volume, quality and profitability.
- Work with channel management team to optimize traffic, conversion, lead volume and profitability across multiple online distribution channels such as publishers, search engines, email, and co-registration.
- Lead client calls and in person meetings to review campaign performance and marketing strategy. Develop and deliver client presentations.
- Work with client and LinkShare account team to forecast campaign performance
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to ensure client approval of program strategy and necessary advertising budget
- Prioritize and oversee client issues for resolution by account team
Employment Standards
Required Skills and Experience:
Candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years experience in account management and online advertising related functions. Successful candidates may bring experience from an agency, client, or consulting environment. Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience developing and implementing a number of online advertising and marketing functions including plan development, campaign management, channel management, marketing communications, direct response, and creative optimization. Online lead generation industry experience preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to translate analysis into effective strategy. Experience analyzing and optimizing online media campaigns. Proven track record of managing to performance goals and budgets.
