Summary Description:
The Account Manager will have ultimate responsibility for managing a portfolio of merchants within the LinkShare network. Manage the day-to-day aspects of program execution and will design the overall strategy for growing account revenue. Specifically, the Account Manager will oversee all program implementation by developing and tracking the client project plans and coordinating all activities with the direct account team and other LinkShare inter-departmental and cross-functional resources (Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
- Understand LinkShare tools and technology to educate advertisers on how to best use it to drive revenue
- Interacting daily with clients via phone and email contact, to support tactical requests.
- Setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive revenue goals for each assigned client.
- Providing strategic advice in order to increase each client's ROI.
- Developing, maintaining, and extending relationships with LinkShare's clients.
- Managing internal resources to ensure that LinkShare delivers results for each client.
- Learning and understanding the full capabilities of LinkShare SynergyTM software and supporting clients' use of the tools available to them through the software.
Required Skills & Experience:

- One to three years of direct marketing experience with a focus on client service.
- Demonstrated success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive, quantitative goals.

- The desire and ability to think creatively, solve problems, and use professional judgment.
- An understanding of and interest in technology, including HTML.

Job Description:
Directly support a portfolio of clients by managing the day-to-day aspects of their program. Oversee all program implementation by developing and tracking the client project plans and coordinating all activities with the client, LinkShare services team, and other LinkShare cross-functional resources. Interact with your clients via day-to-day phone and email contact. Execute the strategy laid out by the senior members of the team.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure client growth strategies are on track. Oversee all program implementation through strong project management and coordination with client and other necessary LinkShare resources. Example: Defining, communicating, and monitoring promotions.
- Understand client performance and work with Account Team to align strategy to hit goals.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to ensure follow through on all program and client deliverables.
- Manage marketing (non-technical) aspects of new client launches.
- Analyze the clients' competitive landscapes and understand their business objectives, margins and budget constraints.
- Solve problems by quickly breaking down problem causes and utilizing matrix management to implement solutions. Ensure all client issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Build strong client relationships through daily email and phone interaction.
- Achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Help develop and present client presentations, as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years direct marketing experience in account management and/or project management related functions. Successful candidates may bring experience from an agency, client, or consulting environment. Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Project Management: Experience managing complex projects from end to end. Utilizes work plans and project plans to matrix manage issues and projects. Ability to prioritize. Experience setting and meeting aggressive deadlines.
Problem Solving: Experience solving complex cross-functional issues either internally in an organization or as a third-party or outsourced consultant. Desire and ability to think creatively and use professional judgment.
Relationship Management: Experience setting and managing customer expectations. On-time delivery of performance goals achieved within budget.
Technical Abilities: Must be able to quickly develop facility with proprietary software to review campaigns and report results. Solid proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for client-ready reports and presentations.
Communication Skills: Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
Analytical and Strategic Marketing: Demonstrated success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive quantitative goals. Ability to strategize based on corporate goals.

Summary Description:
The Marketing Coordinator serves as support for program management of client affiliate programs. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for timely and satisfactory execution of administration of client programs, contributing to client satisfaction and the achievement of client and LinkShare revenue goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor affiliate queues to ensure timely queue management by Affiliate Reviewers
- Run reports in Synergy Analytics
- Prepare basic performance reports
- Review partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities
- Create prospect lists using Synergy Analytics reports and independent research
- Escort billing, technology, and LinkShare tool issues to resolution
- Monitor merchant support phone and email venues and route inquiries appropriately
- Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner

Required Skills and Experience:
Entry level candidates welcome. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred experience could include business or marketing degree, 1-2 years marketing or administrative experience, customer service.
